DepartaCare Assistance (“DepartaCare”) is a membership-based travel
assistance program that provides financial assistance to members who
experience a verified denial of departure (“offloading”), meaning a refusal by
Philippine immigration authorities to allow a traveller to depart at the point of
departure, which may result in non-refundable travel expenses.

*DepartaCare is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee travel approval,
reimbursement, or prevention of offloading. All assistance is discretionary and subject to
verification and program limits
